Kassem Alsayed Mahmoud used to work on food science at AL-FURAT University in Syria. He recently arrived in Belgium and will tell us more on the differences in food (science) in Syria and Belgium. He will show us what food science is, what the research is about and how international exchange can make all parties stronger.
